Thank you for shopping with Belivéa. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

By placing an order on beliveabd.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges only for the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered

If you received a product different from what you ordered.

✔ Defective or damaged item

If the item arrives broken, faulty, or physically damaged.

✔ Incomplete product

If any item or accessory is missing.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Beauty & personal care items

  • Skincare products

  • Makeup

  • Footwear that shows signs of wear

  • Jewelry (used or unsealed)

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items

  • Accessories with broken tags or missing packaging

Only unused items in original condition may be considered for return.


3. Return Request Time Frame

You must submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests after this period may not be accepted.


4. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and protective covers must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or screenshot) is required

  • Clear photos/video of the issue must be provided


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in special cases, including:

  • Product out of stock after payment

  • Wrong or defective product delivered (if replacement is not possible)

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Cash refunds are not provided.

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.


6. Exchange Policy

If a product qualifies for exchange, we will:

  • Replace it with the same item, or

  • Allow you to exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability)

Customer must return the item first before the replacement is sent.


7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is defective or wrong, Belivéa covers the return shipping cost.

  • For all other valid cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service when returning items.


8. Order Cancellation

✔ Before shipping

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

✔ After shipping

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Normal return rules apply.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will investigate with the courier

  • Replacement or refund will be issued based on the outcome
